lil bit about me
Seeking the abstract in a visceral world

the story so far
My practice spans ink illustration and ceramics, united by a fascination with abstraction, storytelling, and the rhythms of the natural world. At the heart of my work is Tsuiseki, an ongoing comic set in a kingdom suspended in time after its king falls into a deep sleep. Through this narrative, I explore the psychological and emotional consequences of stasis—the idea that freezing time, while preserving the surface, can unravel the self from within.
My illustrations are predominantly rendered in ink, where fluid lines and abstract forms give shape to imagined worlds and internal landscapes. In contrast, my pottery brings me into tactile dialogue with the material world. Influenced by organic textures and natural forms, I create vases and plant pots that evoke a sense of quiet, grounded presence.
Both practices inform each other, allowing me to move between narrative and form, the fantastical and the elemental. At their core, my works seek to examine what lies beneath stillness—and how the tension between motion and pause shapes the human experience
